Yellow-bellied Sapsucker

Sorry, another horrible picture :)  This guy was clearly a woodpecker of sorts, but hopped and pecked on the ground a lot.  I didn't think this could be a Yellow-bellied Sapsucker because a.) no yellow belly and b.) doesn't look a thing like the picture on the Cornell birds webpage.  But we were in the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History a few weeks back and they have a display of birds of DC.  The sapsucker there looked a LOT more like this, and, no yellow on the belly.  So, here it is!  More info here.  Seen at my house in Oxon Hill, MD, Spring 2010.
